Living the Life of a Bizibee

Now that school is over and I'm back from New Zealand I've found myself with more things on my to-do list than the white rabbit (with the clock in Alice and Wonderland) on his slow day.

First off, I plan on taking a YOGA class monday evenings, SPIN class wednesday evenings, and HIP-HOP thursday nights. I'm exploring the wide world of group fitness to see if I'd like to teach those things. So far it's 1 for 1. I went to a spin class today and hand's down could see myself teaching one of those and loving it! Exercise is so important to me and I love the way those classes push me. Plus, shit I'd get to blast my own workout mix...so awesome!

Iris and I decided a few nights ago we are going to do the JOHN MUIR TRAIL in July so I've begun the first step which is figuring out everything we will need. This is a 3 week long hike. Iris and I will be hiking 10 miles a day for 20 days! The trail starts in Yosemite and goes to the summit of Mt. Whitney. It passes through Yosemite national park, Kings canyon national park, Sequoia national park and the Devils Post Pile National Monument. The John Muir Trail follows part of the Pacific Crest trail that begins at the US Mexico Border and ends at the Canada US border. I'm beyond the point of excitement!

In other news it looks like I will prabobly be MOVING TO BEAUTIFUL COLORADO in August for the year! I'll be living with my cousin Andrea who is extremely adventurous, only a few years older, so laid back but happy go lucky like me, into community service, loves travelling and is a returned Peace Corps volunteer! She lives in a really cute house in a great location near lots of restaurants and offered me a room at a low price (400$/month)! I'm so excited to live in a big city, in such a beautiful state, and to live with her would be even more amazing. Maybe I'll get my Peace Corps experience afterall. haha...I also met an amazing girl through Craigslist who I could live with in Boulder... I've only known her a week but I feel like we're best friends already. So I've already got 2 friends there which is a great start!

In other activities I've been teaching myself to COOK, finishing my latest READ: Tale's of a Female Nomad, watching OSCAR WINNERS my latest being Dances with Wolves, hanging with FRIENDS (going out to tour SF on Friday and then out for a fun night at the bars then a b-day party on sunday and hopefully hangin out with you guys saturday!), going to meditation classes, habitat for humanity in a few weeks...the list goes on and on...

I'm finally getting a chance to explore the many paths in my garden and it feels great! While the break up with Nate is difficult each day I feel more and more like all will be okay and that it is for the best b/c I am now free to do the things that truely make me happy in life.
