Butter Bombs

I call these Oatmeal Butter Bomb Cookies. Guaranteed 20000 calories in each one!

I'm going to offload a bunch on Miguel and Mark tonight when they come over to watch The Office

All started when I bought Quaker Oatmeal when I first moved here. When I discovered a local store that carried Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal however.. it was over. What was I going to do with the bin of Quaker Oats? Make oatmeal cookies of course! This was a bad bad idea and I'm now looking to get rid of them as soon as I can.
